Sure thing, here’s a version that should feel more human:

So, uh, Star Wars Outlaws, right? When it first came out last summer, it didn’t exactly wow everyone. I mean, I think people were expecting the Millennium Falcon, and they got more of a broken-down speeder. Now, everywhere you look, folks are asking, “Is this game even worth my time?” If you’ve ever wanted to pretend you’re Han Solo, firing blasters and getting into shady dealings, well, this might just be your thing.
Anyway, those stealth sections? Total nightmare at first. Like if you tripped over a crate, bam — try again. But after the November 2024 update, you’ve got options: go all sneaky-sneaky or just… shoot your way out. Danny DeVito style. I found that kind of fun, honestly. Who doesn’t love blasting a Stormtrooper right in the face?
But, yeah, without the old frustrations, it’s actually kind of cool. Like, you’re jumping between planets! Some you’d recognize if you’re a Star Wars geek — Kijimi, Cantonica — and Tatooine! Ewok-level excitement over seeing Mos Eisley again. And don’t forget checking out Jabba’s Palace, which, spoiler alert, has some neat Easter eggs tucked away.
Now, I’m not gonna sell this as perfect — far from it. It’s packed with mechanics and, yeah, the usual “collect all the things” nonsense Ubisoft games love. But hear me out: you can totally skip stuff. Like, I didn’t do a single speeder race. Not one. Just stuck to climbing around and blasting stuff. The platforming and shooting are a blast, pardon the pun.
Sabacc! Gotta talk about Sabacc. It’s like Gwent from The Witcher 3 but for Star Wars. I don’t normally bother with DLC, too many games, y’know? But their “Wild Card” mission? Oh man, infiltrating a Sabacc game… wild stuff. Just worth it for that whole tension-filled experience.
And, oh right, their second DLC, “A Pirate’s Fortune,” dropped May 15th. Maybe the last we’ll see for Star Wars Outlaws, who knows. But it’s moving to the Nintendo Switch 2 soon, so you’ll be able to pew pew in space while on the bus — how cool is that?
If you gave up on Outlaws or you’re itching for a Star Wars feel, give it another shot. If only to play Sabacc. Trust me; it’s worth it.
