Hey, so PlayStation decided it’s sale time, right? They’ve tossed out a bunch of discounts for PSVR 2 games—like, there’s actually a lot to sift through, which I didn’t expect. This sale is running until the 29th of July, so there’s still time if you’re like me and can’t decide what to buy because, you know, decision paralysis or whatever.
Anyway, I started poking around the list — Metro Awakening, Red Matter 2, and a bunch more are over there. Oh, and Arizona Sunshine Remake? That’s on sale too, along with Arizona Sunshine 2. I never played the first one, but hey, maybe it’s good. Who knows, right? They say you can save between 25% and 60%. Felt like a good deal.
Then, there’s the whole VR-supported gang: Gran Turismo 7, Resident Evil Village, and 4 – the classics. Discounted from, like, 40% up to 75%. Are they trying to get me to spend more money? Probably — kinda sneaky of them.
The PlayStation Store’s basically become this treasure trove of possibilities. You’ve got stuff like Gun Club VR and its Heavy Weapons DLC. They’re practically giving them away. My wallet’s already sighing heavily.
I also saw Tetris Effect: Connected and some quirky ones like Doctor Who: The Edge of Time. I didn’t even know they turned Doctor Who into VR. Isn’t that wild? Oh, and Toy Trains? Strange name, but it’s 80% off.
Prices are jumping all over the place. One game’s like, $3.99 down from $19.99. It’s a bit of a game in itself, just finding the craziest discount. I found myself getting distracted by the small stuff — like trains and asteroids. Why those caught my eye? Not sure.
Also, there’s this game Ancient Dungeon VR — what a classic boil-down of “ancient” and “dungeon” if you ask me. Didn’t buy it, but it’s there.
Anyway, if you’re into VR, maybe check it out. I mean, unless your backlog is as crazy as mine, and you’re still meaning to play that game you bought two summers ago because it seemed cool back then. Who knows, you might find a hidden gem or two.
