Okay, so here’s the deal — Dysmantle, this crazy survival game, somehow managed to sell over two million copies. How wild is that? Anyway, the folks at 10tons decided to spill the beans about hitting this milestone. Honestly, kind of impressive considering the game officially dropped in November 2021 after hanging out in Early Access for a year. Oh, and you can play it on pretty much everything: PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, iOS, Android — you name it.
Now, don’t ask me for the gritty details, like how many copies were sold on each platform — they didn’t feel like sharing. But, here’s a fun twist: to celebrate, the devs are putting out a new physical version for PS5 and Switch. June 27th, mark your calendars!
One of the co-founders, Sampo Töyssy (who, by the way, made a point of being in the picture — kinda cute), had a few words. He basically said they’re thrilled about selling two million copies. Duh. But here’s where it gets juicy. They planned to release this physical version in the US too, but, plot twist, things got messy, and now who knows if that’s happening? Anyway, they hope everyone who wants a copy can snag one. Crazy times, huh?
