Man, where do I even start? So I’m sitting there, sipping some coffee (okay, okay, it was more like contemplating my existence while staring into the void), and decided to dive back into the weekly podcast chat with Sid, Tim, and yours truly. We’ve got to talk about this new Grand Theft Auto VI trailer – and seriously, who isn’t buzzing about it? It’s like a digital adrenaline shot.
But anyway, backtracking a bit – have you ever played Clair Obscur: Expedition 33? No? Well, it’s quite a trip, bending the turn-based RPG world in unexpected ways. And then there’s Doom: The Dark Ages, giving this medieval twist to the chaos we all know and love. It’s nuts.
Random stuff on my radar for next week? Let’s see:
- Labyrinth of the Demon King on PS5 and PS4 – just the name kinda creeps into your brain, right?
- Palia on PS5 – not really sure what’s up with it yet, but here we are.
- Smash Drums for PS VR2 – if you’ve got any pent-up frustration, this might be your jam.
- Doom: The Dark Ages on PS5 – yeah, it gets a double mention ’cause why not?
- Capcom Fighting Collection 2 for PS4 – ready for some button-mashing nostalgia?
Now, brace yourself for the Destiny 2 expansions: "The Edge of Fate" lands on July 15, while "Renegades" teases us with a December 2 release. And, oh man, Elden Ring Nightreign – FromSoftware’s got all these cool classes detailed, and their combat system is worth dreaming about.
Got my hands dirty with Death Stranding 2: On The Beach, too. Oh, and Hideo Kojima, what a guy. Moving on – Helldivers 2 shows off some slick new premium stuff, and Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 throws out nine fresh skate parks to mess around in. Can you imagine the skateboarding chaos?
Quick shoutout to Dormilón for the killer theme tunes on our podcast. They make the wait worthwhile. And by the way, don’t hold your breath on game release dates – they change faster than my morning moods. All the game gossip here comes straight from press releases and ESRB notes.
Catch ya later!
